My name is Aleks, and I want to thank you for visiting my website. I spent my childhood surrounded by nature and I have always had a special appreciation for the natural world. I spent countless hours spewing useless science facts at my poor parents during high school, and it was only natural that I would study Biology at university. During my time at university, I fell even more in love with Biology, and I became a self-professed bird nerd. I decided that the rest of the world needed to know how awesome this planet is, so I went to teacher's college and became a high school teacher.
Life changes, though, and after having my amazing daughter, I decided I needed to do something else and my studio was REALLY born. I now offer custom art, fan art, and art classes out of my newly renovated studio classroom!
I'm pretty sure I've been drawing and doodling since I could hold a pencil. In my free time (wait, what's that again?) I can be found painting, hiking, camping, or behind my camera.
